- The low-life skilled people end up with people & quality of life higher than they were around inside of capitalism, which is not fair. They tend to stay in the shelters because they enjoy them.
- The middle and higher life skilled people end up in programs with people & quality of life lower than they were around. And it is not fair to the middle and higher life skilled people.
